About the role
We’re on the hunt for a standout Senior Sales Executive to join our Albert’s Schloss Soho team, someone who can drive sales performance, own their pipeline, and build strong, lasting client relationships. This is a dynamic role that blends reactive enquiry management with proactive business development. You’ll play a key part in delivering revenue, unlocking new opportunities, and creating unforgettable guest experiences that bring the Schloss to life.
What you’ll be doing
- You’ll own enquiries end-to-end, from first contact through to confirmed booking, driving conversion through strong follow‑up, clear proposals, and confident communication.
- You’ll maximise revenue through upselling and smart pricing, while keeping your pipeline accurate, organised, and easy to action.
- Alongside this, you’ll build and grow your own client base; re‑engaging lapsed clients, targeting new opportunities, and supporting key seasonal campaigns through proactive outreach.
- You’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience, building strong relationships, hosting show rounds, tastings, and events, and ensuring a seamless journey from enquiry through to delivery.
- As a senior member of the team, you’ll support during peak periods, collaborate closely with operations to deliver standout events, and bring energy, ideas, and ownership to everything you do.
- You’ll also maintain accurate records across systems, ensure GDPR compliance, and keep all booking activity clear, organised, and well managed.
