This is the role for people who are looking to build their career in hospitality, who spot problems before they happen, who take real pride in running a great shift.
As a Supervisor at Rudy's, you'll own sections of the floor, support the management team, and help create the kind of experience that our customers love.
Your day-to-day:
- Running sections of the floor and supporting the management team during service
- Leading by example - the team looks to you when things get busy
- Coaching and motivating floor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Taking on opening and closing responsibilities as needed
- Handling guest feedback in the moment
- Keeping standards high across service, hygiene, and presentation
- Supporting with training and onboarding of new team members

- Experience in a similar supervisory or senior team member role in hospitality
- A confident, calm presence on a busy floor
- Natural communication skills and a genuine care for the guest experience
