Pay rate: £13.45 – £14.50 per hour (dependent on experience) + tips + tronc + bonus

This role has been mixed, hydrated and stretched to perfection. We’re looking for passionate Pizzaiolos to join the team and help us create incredible Neapolitan pizza every day. Whether you already have experience or you’re looking to develop your skills, we want people who bring energy, pride and passion to the kitchen. At Rudy’s, experience isn’t everything. Through our industry-leading Pizzaiolo Academy, we can teach and develop the craft — what matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and love for pizza.

What we’re looking for:

  • Passion for pizza and an interest in Neapolitan techniques
  • Experience working in a kitchen environment is great, but not essential
  • Confidence using pizza ovens is a bonus
  • Eagerness to learn all things dough, fermentation and service
  • A positive attitude and strong team mentality
