We're looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team. No prior kitchen experience needed - just a strong work ethic, genuine enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. You'll be the engine room of our kitchen: prepping ingredients, keeping things spotless, and making sure the Pizzaiolos have everything they need.
Your day-to-day:
- Supporting the kitchen team with prep work before and during service
- Washing up and maintaining a clean, well-organised workspace throughout
- Restocking ingredients and supplies so the kitchen never runs dry
- Following food hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Helping with deliveries and stock rotation
- Being a reliable, positive presence in a fast-moving kitchen
