Salary: £13.70 – £14.90 (dependent on experience) + tips + tronc + bonus

Rudy’s is opening the doors to a brand-new, two-floor, 170+ cover restaurant in Chester — our 39th pizzeria — and we’re building a dream team of Pizzaiolos to bring it to life.

This role has been mixed, hydrated and stretched to perfection. As a Pizzaiolo at Rudy’s, you’re at the heart of everything — crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas, working the oven, and bringing energy to the kitchen every single service.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Passionate about pizza (non-negotiable)
  • Experience with Neapolitan techniques is ideal
  • Comfortable working with pizza ovens & dough OR have some pizza/dough experience and want to take it to the next level
  • No Neapolitan experience yet? No problem. If you’ve got the basics and the passion, our Pizzaiolo Academy will give you the skills, training and support to master the craft.
