We’re opening a brand-new, two-floor, 170+ cover Rudy’s pizzeria in Chester — our 39th restaurant — and we’re looking for an exceptional Head Pizzaiolo to lead the kitchen from day one.

The Role
This isn’t just about running a kitchen — it’s about owning it. As Head Pizzaiolo, you’ll lead from the front in a busy, open kitchen, setting the standard for world‑class Neapolitan pizza while building, developing and inspiring your team. You’ll be the driving force behind quality, pace, culture and consistency — making sure every pizza that leaves the pass is nothing short of perfect.
About You
- A highly experienced Neapolitan Pizzaiolo
- Proven leadership in a senior kitchen role with admin experience (rotas, stock, people management)
- Deep expertise in dough, fermentation and Neapolitan techniques
- Confident managing high‑volume service and pizza ovens
- A natural leader who can develop teams and build future talent
- Obsessed with pizza (we wouldn’t expect anything less)
