Salary: £32,900 per annum + Tronc + up to 32% bonus paid quarterly

Our newest Rudy’s is landing in the heart of the city and it’s set to be a big one — two floors, 170+ covers, and our 39th Rudy’s Pizzeria. We’re looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager to help bring the energy, build the culture, and lead from the front in one of our most exciting openings yet. This is a huge opportunity for someone who loves fast-paced hospitality, thrives on building great teams, and wants to grow their career with a business that’s continuing to scale across the UK.
