We are looking for a Chef de Partie with the enthusiasm to succeed in a busy kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience working with fresh food in a high-volume restaurant. As a member of our Schiller's Hall food crew, you'll be a valuable part of a team that thrives on the pressure of working in a busy food operation. You'll work alongside our Chefs as part of a tight-knit team in an exciting, fast-moving environment, preparing fresh locally sourced ingredients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes with fresh ingredients in a high-volume kitchen, maintaining quality and consistency.
- Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure mise en place and kitchen readiness for service, with attention to food safety and hygiene.
