About the Role: This role has been mixed, hydrated and stretched to perfection! We are seeking passionate Pizzaiolos who can work the kitchen the Neapolitan way. Our Pizzaiolos are the first ingredients in creating the perfect pizza.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake Neapolitan pizzas using traditional techniques.
- Operate pizza ovens and manage dough preparation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience in using pizza ovens.
- Confidence in all aspects of dough handling.
