As a Senior Pizzaiolo at Rudy’s, you are the heart of everything we do. You will work the oven, crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas under centre‑stage pressure.
Your day‑to‑day:
- Stretch and create pizzas to Rudy’s Neapolitan standards
- Operate the oven with confidence, precision, and pride
- Maintain station prep and deliver consistent quality throughout the shift
- Follow Rudy’s recipes, techniques, and meet quality standards
- Uphold food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
- Support the wider kitchen team and contribute to a great shift atmosphere
What Rudy’s Needs:
- Experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Passion for Neapolitan Pizza and a genuine commitment to quality and consistency
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure – and enjoy doing it
- Experience as a Pizza Chef – Neapolitan preferred but not essential
- Team player who communicates well and stays calm on a busy service
