At Mission Mars, we’re on the lookout for a driven and commercially minded Sales Manager to lead our venue sales strategy, grow our corporate client base, and deliver unforgettable event experiences. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and leading a team to smash targets — all within a fast‑paced, high‑energy hospitality environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach and develop your sales team to achieve (and exceed) targets
  • Create and deliver strategic sales plans aligned with key dates, launches and city‑wide events
  • Proactively generate new business through outreach, networking and corporate engagement
  • Build and nurture relationships with key corporate clients and local businesses
  • Manage large‑scale event enquiries (50+ guests), driving conversion and maximising spend
  • Collaborate closely with the GM and wider teams to deliver the venue’s sales strategy
  • Host client visits, FAM trips and showcases to bring the brand to life
  • Ensure seamless handover of events to operations, delivering a smooth and memorable guest experience
  • Track performance, report on sales activity, and continuously look for ways to improve
