The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Albert’s Schloss Birmingham. You’ll be an inspiring leader with a proven track record in fast-paced, high-performing restaurant environments. A strong communicator and role model, you’ll lead with integrity and professionalism—motivating and developing chefs at every level to deliver exceptional dishes and unforgettable guest experiences. With a sharp eye for detail, you’ll uphold brand standards and kitchen excellence across all areas—from GP and rotas to health & safety, allergens, and equipment. Your creativity and flair for menu development will keep our offer fresh, exciting, and true to the Schloss spirit, while your commitment to continuous improvement will help drive both the business and your own career forward.
