The Role
- As Bar Manager, you’ll take ownership of a dynamic and high‑volume bar operation, leading from the front to deliver exceptional standards across service, quality, and guest experience.
- You’ll play a key role in driving performance, developing your team, and consistently raising the bar (literally).
- You’ll immerse yourself in our full training programme to understand every corner of the Schloss, before focusing on leading and elevating your bar team.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven management experience in a wet‑led, high‑volume environment.
- A natural leader who can motivate, engage and develop teams through coaching, 1:1s and incentives.
- Passionate about delivering world‑class guest experiences.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy venue.
- Commercially aware, with a good understanding of KPIs and financial performance (we’ll support you to build this further).
- Genuinely passionate about hospitality and developing people from within.
