At Albert’s Schloss London, we’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Senior Duty Manager to help lead one of London’s most exciting hospitality venues. Inspired by the bier halls and cabaret bars of Alpine Europe, Albert’s Schloss brings together world‑class food, drinks, service and showtime entertainment in the heart of Soho. Since opening on Shaftesbury Avenue, we’ve built an incredible team culture and a guest experience that’s unlike anywhere else in the city.

As Senior Duty Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in the day‑to‑day leadership of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high operational standards across every shift. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading busy service periods as the senior manager on duty
  • Driving high‑quality food, drink, service and entertainment standards
  • Creating a positive, engaged and high‑performing team culture
  • Supporting and developing managers and team leaders across the business
  • Maintaining operational excellence across bar, restaurant, kitchen, entertainment and security
  • Delivering strong financial performance and supporting P&L management
  • Championing sustainability, standards and continuous improvement

We’re looking for a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments and genuinely loves developing people and delivering memorable guest experiences. You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a senior hospitality management role
  • Strong operational knowledge across food, drink and entertainment‑led venues
  • Experience leading and developing large teams
  • A passion for training, coaching and team engagement
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Financial awareness and experience managing budgets and KPIs
  • A proactive and hands‑on leadership style
  • A commitment to your own personal and professional development
