Position: Kitchen Assistant
Salary: £13.45 | Tips & Tronc | Bi-Weekly Bonus
Contract: Full time / Part time available
We're looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team. No prior kitchen experience needed - just a strong work ethic, genuine enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. You'll be the engine room of our kitchen: prepping ingredients, keeping things spotless, and making sure the Pizzaiolos have everything they need.

Born in Manchester in 2015, Rudys was built on one idea: passion beats everything. Fresh dough made daily, the finest Italian ingredients, and pizzas cooked in just 60 seconds flat. We're now 39 sites across the UK and still growing - and the energy that started us hasn't gone anywhere.
Your day-to-day
- Supporting the kitchen team with prep work before and during service
- Washing up and maintaining a clean, well-organised workspace throughout
- Restocking ingredients and supplies so the kitchen never runs dry
- Following food hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Helping with deliveries and stock rotation
- Being a reliable, positive presence in a fast-moving kitchen
