We're recruiting enthusiastic Floor Support Team Members to join the team at Albert's Schloss on a fixed term contract from mid-September until the end of December. You will be a part of our Oktoberfest celebrations as well as the Christmas period - our busiest time of the year! Our Floor Support team plays a key role in ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable hospitality experience, work as part of a friendly and energetic team, and earn extra money in the lead up to Christmas. No previous experience is required - full training will be provided.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the restaurant team throughout busy services.
- Preparing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping the restaurant clean, organised and guest-ready at all times.
- Assisting Floor Servers to deliver exceptional service.
- Creating a warm, welcoming environment for every guest.
- A positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
- Someone who enjoys working in a lively, fast-paced environment.
- A team player who is happy to get stuck in wherever needed.
- A friendly communicator with a willingness to learn.
- Someone who takes pride in creating a great experience for guests.
- Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential.
