We are looking for a Specialist Revenue Assurance Officer to join our Quoting team based at 1 London Bridge. Reporting to the Quoting Team Leader, the Revenue Assurance Officer will be responsible for producing accurate quotes and ensuring all enquiries are responded to within the required turnaround times. They will ensure all agreements are issued promptly in readiness for patient admission and will follow up on logged enquiries within 48 hours to capture new business and understand missed opportunities.
The Specialist Revenue Officer will contribute to the success of the wider quoting function by supporting patients with clear guidance throughout their financial journey. They will work collaboratively with the RSCC team, facility colleagues, consultants, medical secretaries, and other internal and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships and deliver a seamless, transparent, and patient-focused experience.
What you'll do:
- Produce accurate and timely self-pay and third-party/co-pay quotes, ensuring fast turnaround and excellent communication.
- Prepare and issue all self-pay admission agreements ahead of patient admission.
- Maintain strong knowledge of pricing tools and processes to create accurate standard and ad-hoc quotes.
- Track and follow up all enquiries to drive conversion, identify opportunities, and support business growth.
- Build strong relationships with consultants and medical secretaries while meeting all RCSS self-pay quoting and conversion KPIs.
