Mission Essential is seeking an All-Source Analyst to support the Operational Assessments team on a dynamic contract in Molesworth, United Kingdom. The analyst provides operational assessment support to inform client understanding of mission environments and threat conditions. This role requires analysis of ground-domain military capabilities, with particular emphasis on asymmetric threats and special operations. The analyst validates and synthesizes information in accordance with established client tradecraft to produce high-quality assessments for senior decision-makers. The position requires serving as the primary authority on assigned problem sets and delivering time-sensitive recommendations in high-pressure operational environments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience analyzing military capabilities in the European theater
- Experience working in or coordinating with operational intelligence centers
- Experience analyzing militaries and asymmetric threats as an all-source analyst
- Experience working with multiple intelligence agencies and elements to build consensus and drive production
- Knowledge of analytic tradecraft, including critical thinking and structured analysis
- TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience at a Combatant Command or Service Center
- Knowledge of the Joint Planning Process
- Master’s degree
