We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide services on a contract for services basis during a period of high demand and Microsoft 365 migration activity
Duration: 6 months
Location: Ashford, Kent with hybrid working options
Responsibilities
This hands-on role will focus on 1st and 2nd line support, with additional support across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Hyper-V, Fortigate, VPN, Jira, and Mac OS environments. You will work closely with colleagues in Ashford, Cairns, and other global locations to help maintain smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Essential:
• Experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support
• Broad technical capability across end-user support, systems support, networking, and device support
• Experience supporting Windows Server and Hyper-V environments
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 / Office 365
• Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online
• Ability to support Windows and Mac OS environments
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage varied priorities and work across different locations and time zones
Desirable:
• Experience with Intune
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 migration-related work
• Exposure to Fortigate, cyber security support, or incident response
• Experience in an international, not-for-profit, or mission-driven organisation
Current right to work in the UK is essential
