Fantastic opportunity for a warehouse administrator to work for this established Distribution Company in Stevenage. They serve the world’s leading OEM and EMS companies with global product sourcing and traceability, electronic product design, logistics & supply-chain management as well as in-house anti-counterfeit testing and product obsolescence management. This role is a general administration role in a warehouse environment, where you will be working in a close-knit team. You will have an excellent training plan and will shadow the manager who will show you the ropes.
Duties:
- Dealing with sales orders
- Scanning and uploading shipping paperwork to the system
- Liaising with the sales team
- Any other ad-hoc warehouse administration duties
The Ideal Person:
- You must be a great team player, collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a great team working atmosphere
- Must have administration experience ideally within a warehouse
- Must have good IT skills
- Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues
Desirable but not essential:
- ERP knowledge
- Knowledge of electronic components
The Package:
- Competitive basic salary - £25,000 to £27,000 depending on experience
