- Maintain a tidy office and liaise with cleaners and other contractors relating to the office
- Send the weekly team email of duties and absences

- Monitor the contractor database to ensure consistency of records between teams
- Co-ordinate staff birthday and anniversary recognition
- Support day-to-day health & safety compliance, including office procedures and DSE checks
- Act as the first point of contact for IT queries, working closely with external providers
- Keep AV, VC, phone directories and shared digital resources running smoothly
- Champion best practice across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Planner, To Do and emerging apps such as Power Automate
- Manage software subscriptions, group contracts and technology processes for starters and leavers
