Our client is looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join their team in St Albans. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a busy and collaborative business, taking on a varied role with real responsibility and scope to grow.

The successful candidate will be central to the smooth running of day-to-day operations, working closely with internal teams and external contacts while contributing to a high standard of service and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day operational activities across the full job lifecycle
  • Coordinate work and maintain accurate job records and documentation
  • Prepare and submit required compliance and project documentation
  • Help ensure projects are completed accurately and closed out to the required standard
  • Monitor operational activity and resolve issues to support smooth service delivery
  • Produce and maintain manuals, reports, and supporting documentation
  • Support and coordinate external partners and internal teams
  • Provide cross-functional support across customer service, scheduling, and operations

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Confidence in handling documentation and maintaining compliance
