Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join this exciting and established company in Stevenage. Due to rapid expansion, they are now looking for someone who is highly organised, competent and with good communication skills to join this fast-paced team. You must have proven sales support experience. You will be working as part of a large team in an open plan, fast paced office environment, providing administration support to the Sales Team. As part of this team, you will be eligible to join the team bonus scheme after your probation period, based on your team’s target being achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Provide end-to-end sales support including quoting, sourcing and managing daily customer communication.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions and order progressions are logged and traceable.
  • Order Progression: Liaise closely with the Customer Service Executive (CSE) team to track and expedite orders.
  • Email Management: Cover sales team inboxes during absences or peak periods, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Data Handling: Use Excel to manage and analyse sales data, maintain pricing files, and track supplier/customer performance metrics.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle a wide range of administrative duties to support the sales team.
