About the role: This is not your average EA role. You will be the CEO’s trusted right hand, keeping priorities clear, momentum high, and the day-to-day running smoothly while helping drive growth, ideas, and action across the business. What you will be doing:
- Keeping the CEO organised, focused, and one step ahead.
- Managing meetings, priorities, and communications so time is spent where it matters most.
- Preparing briefings, summaries, and updates that make decision-making easier.
- Supporting projects, leadership activity, and business initiatives from idea to action.
- Using technology and AI tools to simplify processes and boost productivity.
What we are looking for:
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong judgement, great organisation, and the confidence to take initiative.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to connect detail with the bigger picture.
- Tech confidence, including an interest in AI and smarter ways of working.
- A proactive, adaptable style and the energy to keep things moving.
Working Hours: Working hours will be Monday – Thursday 09:00 to 17:30, but with flexibility to move the non-working day if required.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary around £40k – equivalent to £50K full time salary.
- Good Benefits Package include pension and Travel Card loan.
- 24 days holiday (rising to 25 after 5 years) plus bank holidays.
- Some discretionary home working is permissible with agreement from the CEO.
