Part Time Credit Controller
Our client, based in Hoddesdon, are looking for a Part Time Credit Controller to join their small team as part of a growing business. The company have been supplying cleaning, hygiene, and catering consumables to the professional market for over 40 years. This role would be perfect for someone looking to continue in a role that plays to their strengths on a part time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Chasing outstanding debt by phone, email and letter
- Resolving outstanding invoicing queries
- Sending out copy invoices
- Updating reports and systems
- Sending statements when required
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Allocating sales ledger payments received
- Assist with other administrative duties
Key Skills
- Proven experience with reducing aged debt
- Previous experience in working with credit control
- Competent IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
