To process and coordinate the work instructions (orders) received from all clients to assist timely, accurate and efficient order completion.
Communication
Reporting to the General Operations Manager, whilst providing support to the Order Processing Lead. Supporting the Operations Administration Team and Client Management team regarding instructed works and finance team with supplier arrangements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Performing order processing according to procedures efficiently.
- Providing proactive and timely communication with Client, with existing or new business.
- Checking the accuracy of instructions against quotations or reverting to Client / Client Management to enable the Operations Team to deliver technical and financially compliant instructions.
- Communicate with clients, Client Management Team, Unit resources, Financial and Operational Administration teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Supporting the Order Processing Lead with quote information requirements, supplier performance, other feedback and review.
- Follow best practices and SOPs for order processing activities.
- Responsible for coordinating all Sub-Contractor works, including the issuing of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (seeking technical guidance where required) and ensuring all completion paperwork is received relating to new contracts and non-contract works.
- Assist with information required for the Order Processing Lead to report on trends, changes, information, and data where applicable to the General Operations Manager to enable review of overall Operational efficiency and the WIP systems.
- Other duties as required to support Operational Administration of the business.
