Our client is looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join their team in St Albans. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a busy and collaborative business, taking on a varied role with real responsibility and scope to grow.
The successful candidate will be central to the smooth running of day-to-day operations, working closely with internal teams and external contacts while contributing to a high standard of service and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Support day-to-day operational activities across the full job lifecycle
- Coordinate work and maintain accurate job records and documentation
- Prepare and submit required compliance and project documentation
- Help ensure projects are completed accurately and closed out to the required standard
- Monitor operational activity and resolve issues to support smooth service delivery
- Produce and maintain manuals, reports, and supporting documentation
- Support and coordinate external partners and internal teams
- Provide cross-functional support across customer service, scheduling, and operations
- Previous experience in a similar role.
