My client, a well-established pharmaceutical company based in Stevenage, are looking for an experienced marketing executive to join their team.

This role would suit someone who is a self-directed individual who can manage their own time effectively and take ownership of their workload. In this role, you’ll wear multiple hats! You’ll analyse marketing data and market trends, craft compelling content for social media and email campaigns, and translate insights into impactful reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  • Ongoing analysis of KPIs across paid media, social, organic and email channels
  • Distribution of digital monthly reports to senior management
  • Support Marketing Director in content calendar across various channels
  • Updating website CMS with new content and ensuring within brand guidelines
  • Design:

  • Designing creatives for paid media, social, organic, email campaigns and events
  • Working with third party agencies on design briefs when required
  • Supporting Marketing Director with brand guideline monitoring
  • Reporting:

  • Benchmarking and competition analysis and identifying best practices across new digital marketing platforms
  • Monthly reports across full marketing mix
  • Google Analytics reporting
  • The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Extensive knowledge in marketing channels
  • Design skills with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrate & Canva
  • Strong proficiency in IT including all Microsoft Office applications
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and ability to analyse marketing data
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently
