Our client, a wellâestablished UK marketing and communications provider with more than 30 years of industry expertise, is seeking a proactive and motivated Junior HR Advisor to join their dynamic shared services team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Act as a trusted HR partner by building strong relationships with managers and providing expert guidance on people matters.
- Support performance, engagement, and people initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain and enhance the HRIS with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Produce monthly HR analytics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
- Assist with policy implementation, compliance activities, audits, and HR projects.
- Manage endâtoâend recruitment campaigns, from briefing to offer stage.
- Oversee rightâtoâwork checks, references, and DBS verification.
- Deliver a firstâclass induction and onboarding experience, including ISO training.
- Support managers with employee relations, performance, absence, and resourcing matters.
- Attend ER meetings and contribute to consultations such as TUPE, redundancy, and welfare cases.
- Liaise with Occupational Health, benefits providers, and external agencies.
Who You Are
- You're a confident, peopleâfocused HR professional who loves variety and brings solutions, not just processes. Ideally you have:
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it)
- A solid understanding of HRIS, recruitment best practice & HR admin
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning
- Experience supporting managers and rolling out HR initiatives
- A positive, flexible, canâdo approach â including adâhoc support for our Warrington site
