You will become part of an established and successful organisation as a Key Account Manager within the operations team. My client is an independently owned group of established businesses specializing in designing, installing, maintaining, and monitoring electronic life safety and security systems. They are committed to operational excellence by empowering and developing talented staff in a friendly and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary contact for top accounts, building strong relationships with key personnel.
- Partner with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Respond promptly to emails and calls to meet service KPIs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Schedule work efficiently, meeting industry response times and internal KPIs.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to optimise engineering resource allocation.
- Manage job sheets through a streamlined process, ensuring timely review, action, closure, and invoicing.
- Use third-party software to review daily jobs, update schedules, respond to messages, and upload job sheets.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and third-party software is advantageous.
- Monday – Friday schedule.
- 9-day working fortnight.
