Combining account management, onboarding support, customer engagement, and problem-solving, the role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing trusted relationships, understanding client needs, and working closely with colleagues across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring they receive excellent service. * Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement, identifying and addressing any issues to support retention and long-term success. * Support new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation. * Gather customer feedback and feature requests, sharing insights with internal teams to help improve products and services. * Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional products, services or solutions. * Work closely with colleagues across product, marketing and support teams to deliver a positive customer experience.
