They are looking for an enthusiastic Graduate IT Support Technician to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent IT graduate or someone at the beginning of their technology career who wants to gain hands-on commercial experience, develop their technical skills, and grow within a successful software business.
Working alongside an experienced team, you will provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot software and system issues, and gain exposure to a wide range of technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Working alongside an experienced team, you'll provide technical support to customers and internal users, assist with troubleshooting issues, and gain exposure to a wide range of systems and software.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of the software.
- Log and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members when required.
- Support software updates, testing and system maintenance.
- Build strong relationships by delivering excellent customer support.
- Learn and develop technical skills through hands-on training and mentoring.
The successful candidate will have
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related subject.
