Key Responsibilities:- Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), remedial works, and reactive repairs across a variety of commercial and domestic systems.
- Lead and support installation projects, including heating systems and domestic water services.
- Perform advanced fault-finding to diagnose system issues, providing detailed reports and recommendations for necessary rectifications.
- Utilise the live reporting system to manage workflows, ensuring all jobs are logged, updated, and completed within the agreed Contract SLA.
- Monitor the condition of site plant equipment, submitting reports as necessary.
