Key Responsibilities:- Manufacture and assemble high-quality components and products to company standards.
- Safely operate a variety of workshop machinery, hand tools, and power tools.
- Assist with metal fabrication, woodworking, and surface preparation (sanding and finishing).
- Support wood spraying and powder coating operations and perform basic MIG welding where authorised.
- Inspect finished items for quality, then pack and prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace, follow all Health and Safety guidelines.
