Our client is a software company providing innovative solutions to the education sector.

They are seeking a customer-focused Account Manager to build and strengthen long-term relationships with their higher education clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous account management experience within either the higher education sector or a software/Saa S business, who enjoys developing trusted partnerships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This varied role combines account management, customer onboarding, client engagement, and problem-solving.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, you ll develop a strong understanding of client needs, help maximise the value of the company s software solutions, and identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while thriving in a small, supportive team.
