Our client a dynamic, rapidly growing SME in the facilities sector, is seeking an exceptional Part-Time Area Manager to take ownership of a 5-site school portfolio across the Bristol area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a local operational leader to manage service standards, support site teams, and maintain strong client relationships for a business committed to quality and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and performance across 5 school sites in Bristol.
  • Recruit, coach, and support site cleaning staff to ensure consistent high standards.
  • Conduct routine site audits and enforce strict Health & Safety protocols.
  • Act as the primary operational link for school stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and account retention.
  • Oversee site budgets, track profitability, and implement efficiency improvements.

Requirements, Skills & Experience

  • Based locally in/around Bristol with regular mobility across all 5 sites.
  • Proven track record in multi-site operational management and budget control within contract cleaning or facilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
  • Solid working knowledge of Health & Safety compliance (education sector experience preferred).
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (required due to working in educational settings).
