My client specialises in serving the rail, education, health, local authority, and church sectors throughout Southern England. They offer a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance services, all delivered with a commitment to professionalism and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:- Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), remedial works, and reactive repairs across a variety of commercial and domestic systems.
- Lead and support installation projects, including heating systems and domestic water services.
- Perform advanced fault-finding to diagnose system issues, providing detailed reports and recommendations for necessary rectifications.
- Utilise the live reporting system to manage workflows, ensuring all jobs are logged, updated, and completed within the agreed Contract SLA.
- Monitor the condition of site plant equipment, submitting "Life Expired" reports and proactive recommendations for plant upgrades or replacements.
- Participate in a 1-in-4-week emergency call-out rota, providing reactive cover for faults during evenings and weekends.
- Full UK drivers’ licence
- PTS Card/Qualification (desirable)
- 3–5 years of post-apprenticeship experience in a similar mechanical or plumbing role.
- Proficient in all aspects of plumbing, with specific expertise in screwed pipework and industrial fittings.
- City and Guilds or NVQ level Qualifications
- Gas Safe registered
