Key Responsibilities:
As a Graduate IT Support Technician, you will:
- Provide technical support to customers and internal users via phone, email and remote access.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware and system issues.
- Assist with software installation, configuration and testing.
- Log and manage support tickets through to resolution.
- Escalate complex technical issues when required.
- Support software updates, system maintenance and testing.
- Build strong customer relationships by delivering excellent support.
- Continue developing your technical knowledge through hands-on training.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related subject.
- A genuine interest in IT and a desire to develop technical skills.
