This is an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to become a central part of the team, supporting the flow of materials, information and documentation across Operations, Supply Chain and Projects.
The Operations Coordinator will help bring structure, accuracy and momentum to day-to-day operations. From maintaining accurate ERP data and supporting goods-in activity to managing compliance documentation and resolving non-conformance queries, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and being at the heart of a collaborative team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operations Administration & Coordination
- Provide vital day-to-day administrative support that helps the Operations team deliver efficiently.
- Be the go-to coordination point for operational queries, actions and follow-ups.
- Help keep multiple projects moving by supporting prioritisation, tracking and progress updates.
- Support smarter, more structured workflows that improve team efficiency.
- Manage stock write-offs and write-ons accurately and confidently.
- Non-Conformances (VRMA & RMA)
- Take ownership of non-conformance and MRR processing across projects, ensuring issues are moved forward quickly and clearly.
- Work with Procurement and Project teams to investigate, resolve and prevent recurring MRR-related issues.
- Keep systems updated with accurate records and provide clear, proactive status communication.
- Spot trends, highlight recurring issues and escalate where action is needed.
- Documentation & Compliance (CofCs, Traceability)
- Ensure essential documentation, including Certificates of Conformance, is received, stored and linked correctly within the ERP system.
- Maintain full traceability records including date codes, lot codes, and manufacturer data.
- Play an important part in audit readiness by making sure documentation is accurate, accessible and complete.
- Stock Management & System Accuracy
- Coordinate and support stock checks to help maintain confidence in inventory accuracy.
- Help maintain accurate inventory data within the ERP system.
- Keep key stock attributes up to date, including date codes, lot codes and batch information.
- Support the resolution of stock discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
- Goods-In & Operational Support
- Get involved with goods-in activity during busy periods, helping materials move through the process smoothly.
- Support the processing of incoming materials and ensure accurate system booking.
- Help ensure materials are correctly labelled, documented and stored, ready for use by the wider team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Procurement Coordinators (supplier and documentation follow-up).
- Project Coordinators / Managers (project-specific requirements and priorities).
- Operations/Kitting team (material readiness and issue resolution).
- Act as the link between teams, helping information flow smoothly and issues get resolved quickly.
- System & Data Management
- Maintain accurate, timely data within ERP systems, including Infor.
- Take on additional system processing tasks as operational priorities evolve.
- Support reporting and data extraction to help the team make informed decisions.
- Promote consistency and standardisation across operational processes.
