This is a vibrant and busy company looking for hungry, go-getting and self-motivated Account Managers to join their sales and account management team. This role involves developing existing business with customers, picking up on buying signals, and discovering new projects and key contacts within the business. Being proactive and building customer rapport is essential, ensuring that customers view you as their main supplier rather than one of your competitors. Customer relationships are at the forefront of everything you do!
You will be rewarded with a generous commission scheme and team bonuses, making this a fantastic opportunity to earn money. The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales or business development environment, along with strong B2B account management experience. The aim of this role is to ensure the smooth running of individual accounts while maintaining customer satisfaction and retention at all times. You will have administrative support for your day-to-day duties; however, this is still a heavily admin-based role.
Key Responsibilities:- This role is the main contact point for customers and is often the most used route of communication for customers and suppliers.
- The position manages the supply and product into the business, through the business and eventually onto the customer.
- Purchasing and attention to QA requirements are vital skills.
