With a starting salary of £42500k and performance related bonus, this is a pivotal role in driving production and the team.

My client serves the world’s leading OEM and EMS companies with global product sourcing and traceability, electronic product design, logistics & supply-chain management as well as in‑house anti‑counterfeit testing and product obsolescence management. This company is highly regarded and respected in their field.

As a Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading operational performance across inbound, inspection, and outbound functions. With Passion, Innovation, and Focus, you will ensure that every shift runs efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with company standards and customer expectations.

This is a hands‑on leadership role, and you will guide, support and nurture your team to deliver consistent productivity and quality targets.

You will be managing a team of 30 people, so strong communication skills are key. You will be leading by example on the shop floor, not shut away in an office. You must have experience with WMS and ideally (but not essential), “Manhattan Active” as this will soon be implemented and integrated with their existing ERP system in due course.

Initially the shift will be 7.30am – 4pm but will be moving to 2pm – 10pm within the next 6 months.
