Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble high‑quality components and products to company standards.
- Safely operate a variety of workshop machinery, hand tools, and power tools.
- Assist with metal fabrication, woodworking, and surface preparation (sanding and finishing).
- Support wood spraying and powder coating operations and perform basic MIG welding where authorised.
- Inspect finished items for quality, then pack and prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace, follow all Health & Safety rules, and collaborate to hit daily production targets.
- The successful candidate will have
- Previous experience working in a Warehouse Environment.
- Good manual skills and the physical fitness required for manual.
- A reliable, punctual approach with a genuine eagerness to learn new skills.
- High work standards and a strong commitment to quality.
- The ability to work well independently as well as part of a production team.
Desirable Experience (Not Essential)
- Woodworking, carpentry, or furniture assembly.
- Metal fabrication or basic MIG welding.
- Industrial finishing, wood spraying, or powder coating.
- Safe use of hand tools and power tools.
- Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
