Accepting incoming new-job requests via phone or email.

Liaising with engineers and project managers to coordinate schedules and assignments.

Calling customers to book appointments and raising job sheets.

Answering emails and phone call queries relating to all aspects of client requirements.

Assisting with any other administrative tasks as required.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience working with engineers and have a solid understanding of technical concepts allowing to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. In this role you will be required to work at the weekend on a rota basis (which will be 1 in 4) this includes both Saturday and Sunday and will be paid at an additional rate but is included in the above advertised salary bracket
