You’ll be part of a close-knit team in a clean, bright warehouse environment, working hands-on with customers, couriers, freight forwarders and internal teams to get goods packed, documented and despatched correctly. The role in a nutshell As Material Controller - Export, you’ll own the export process from order review to despatch. You’ll make sure shipments are accurate, compliant, properly documented and ready to move on time, while keeping records complete and issues moving quickly to resolution. What you’ll be doing: Preparing accurate export paperwork, including commercial invoices, packing lists, carrier documents, certificates of origin and destination-specific documents. Checking orders, shipping instructions, Incoterms, HS codes, origin, values, weights, EORI details and customer requirements before release. Booking shipments with approved couriers, carriers and freight forwarders, producing clear labels and shipping instructions.
