Troubleshoot software, hardware and system issues. Assist with software installation, configuration and testing. Log and manage support tickets through to resolution. Escalate complex technical issues when required. Support software updates, system maintenance and testing. Build strong customer relationships by delivering excellent support. Continue developing your technical knowledge through hands-on training. The Successful Candidate Will Have: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related subject. A genuine interest in IT and a desire to develop technical skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical approach. Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
