Our client has been established for over 150 years and is passionate about the products they offer to their members (customers). These products become even more popular in the lead up to Christmas, and for that reason, they have to increase the number of staff members around Christmas. They are now looking for a Showroom Assistant to join their team at the busiest time of the year. You will be greeting and serving customers and ensuring that every member is attended to with a world class service. The salary is £12.00 per hour plus there is an additional £1 p/h if you stay for the duration of the contract. This will be paid as a bonus at the end of the contract. The role will be starting Tuesday the 18th of November and will finish on 24th December with full training provided. Key Responsibilities: Serving and greeting members. Collating Members collections. Process orders and managing the sales order system using the internal computer system. Responsible for helping put stock out when needed and keeping the Showroom shelves full. Pull up stock from underneath the shelves and pull forward to tidy the showroom shelves. To label showroom replenishment stock with correct barcodes. The successful candidate will have: Experience of working in a retail environment Excellent customer service skills Good attention to detail
