Hours: 4 on / 4 off shifts

We are recruiting for two Yard Operatives to join a busy and friendly team based in Royston.

This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, yard or FLT experience looking for a long-term role with full training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery and site equipment.
• Using FLTs to move materials around the site.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Keeping the yard clean, tidy and organised.
• General yard and warehouse duties.
• Completing basic paperwork.
• Following health and safety procedures.

Working Hours

• Initial 2–3 weeks: Monday to Friday, 7am–4pm (training).
• After training: 4 on / 4 off shift pattern.
• Day shifts: 6am–6pm.
• Night shifts: 6pm–6am.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, yard or similar experience.
• FLT experience desirable but not essential.
• Reliable, hardworking and a good team player.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport essential.
