Missing People is seeking a Head of Helpline and Reconnections to lead essential frontline services across SafeCall and Missing People helplines. You will ensure crisis support is high quality, confidential, and trauma-informed, guiding staff and volunteers across a UK-wide network.
You will be responsible for safeguarding, signposting, and reconnection services, building capacity, promoting inclusivity, and staff development to meet the needs of those contacting us and their families.
