This is a senior role for someone who thrives on building relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and driving commercial growth. You’ll be responsible for managing key client accounts, growing revenue through existing relationships, securing new business opportunities, and strengthening partnerships across London’s hospitality and events landscape. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the UK venue market, outstanding venue-finding experience, and a strong network of contacts across London’s most sought after event spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Act as the senior point of contact for high-value accounts.
- Understand client objectives and deliver tailored venue solutions.
- Drive client retention, satisfaction, and long-term account growth.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with venues, hotels, restaurants, private members’ clubs, and event spaces.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and exclusive opportunities.
- Represent Miss London Concierge at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue across existing accounts.
- Develop strategies to support business growth and commercial objectives.
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive performance and expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and support a small team.
- Maintain high standards of client service and account management.
- Share industry knowledge, best practice, and commercial insight.
- Exceptional venue-finding expertise and an extensive network of venue contacts.
- Proven ability to match client briefs with the perfect venue for a wide range of events.
- Demonstrable success in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing a team.
