The Role

This is a people‑first role at the heart of the Miss Jones community. As our Membership & Events Executive, you'll be responsible for onboarding and nurturing relationships with our corporate members, including EAs, PAs and event bookers, understanding their needs and ensuring they get the most out of their Miss Jones membership which in return supports our commercial goals.

You'll also play a key role in the delivery of our member events, working closely with partner venues to ensure the right members are in the room, events are exciting and well‑executed, and our partners see a clear return on their investment.

This is a hybrid role based in London. Some flexibility is required to attend events outside of standard working hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new corporate members, EAs, PAs and event bookers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from day one
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, proactively staying in touch, understanding their briefs and anticipating their needs
  • Act as the first point of contact for members - picking up the phone, following up promptly and going above and beyond to deliver value
  • Work closely with our venue finding team on a day‑to‑day basis, passing over member briefs and ensuring members are connected with the right opportunities
  • Support the planning and delivery of Miss Jones member events, from concept through to execution
  • Work closely with partner venues to shape exciting, well‑curated events that showcase their offering to the right audience
  • Ensure the right members are attending the right events – maximising value for both members and venue partners
  • Track and report on member engagement, event attendance and commercial outcomes to demonstrate ROI for partners
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell across the Miss Jones membership tiers
  • Enhance our membership programme by proactively sourcing new offers and member benefits
  • Maintain accurate member records and ensure CRM data is kept up to date
  • Actively drive awareness of Miss Jones commercial opportunities when representing the brand at events
  • Attend Miss Jones Events to ensure you are building strong relationships with members

About You

You're a warm, proactive and commercially aware relationship‑builder who thrives on connecting people and creating memorable experiences. You don't need years of experience - we're looking for the right person with the right attitude.

You have:

  • A genuine passion for London's hospitality an events scene, with your finger on the pulse of the latest openings, trends and experiences
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - you're confident on the phone and in person, and people warm to you quickly
  • A genuine passion for delivering great client experiences and going the extra mile
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple members and events simultaneously
  • Commercial awareness - you understand how great relationships translate into business results
  • The ability to work collaboratively, particularly with our venue finding team on day‑to‑day member management
  • The appetite to learn and support in shaping wider business strategy
  • A genuine passion for lifestyle, hospitality and events
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort picking up the phone — this is a relationship‑first role

Bonus points if you have experience in hospitality, events or a client‑facing environment.
